A gunman or gunmen in a hijacked mail truck ended up remaining sought for “shooting at random people” in Odessa, Texas, police warned.
13 individuals have been shot and 1 suspect has been apprehended, mentioned Art Martinez, communications operator with Texas’ Division of Community Protection.
Odessa law enforcement did not specify the range of accidents but reported numerous folks have been shot.
“Everyone is inspired to get off the road and use severe warning!” reported Odessa law enforcement.
The Midland Law enforcement Division stated two suspected gunmen had been needed soon after stories of a shooter at a House Depot in Odessa.
“We consider there are two shooters in two independent autos. A single suspect is thought to be at the Cinergy in Midland and the other is believed to be driving on Loop 250 in Midland,” said Midland law enforcement. “The two autos in dilemma are a gold/white tiny Toyota truck and a USPS postal van. Please keep away from these regions and remain indoors.”
Midland and Odessa are in western Texas, about 20 miles apart.
