Rising artist Nnena debuts new song “Work It Out”


Growing rapper Nnena a new song, “Work It Out,” alongside a new music video clip. The monitor was manufactured by Dave Hamelin (070 Shake, Leikeli47, and so on.) 

‘Work It Out’ is a enjoyable tune to choose your brain off the bullshit. I’m just a unwell small bitch and dick is just floating close to in my head. I’m goin’ out with my women, dancing all around the town and there is a silly person all around. Really do not want to give up the dick—dick is pretty controlling,” Nnena states of the track.

“Dave [Hamelin] was just taking part in me beats and he performed this shit with hella drums in it, and some chanting in the track record,” she proceeds. “I was like, ok, I experience related to this shit. And we just started off performing on it. On the 3rd verse, I had to get actual bars-y in that bitch.”
Directed by Rosco Guerrero of Blurred Pics, the new music video finds Nnena making her way down the Venice Seashore boardwalk on a sunny working day, taking pictures hoops (a college or university pastime) and dancing with roller women.

 

Born Nnena Adigwe to Nigerian immigrant dad and mom in Cleveland, OH, Nnena is a first-era American who raps to convey to tales and empower women. Her inspiration comes from MC storytelling elites like Lauryn Hill, Aretha Franklin, Missy Elliott and Queen Latifah, as very well as from her individual lived experience as a woman.
